What is an Affiliate Partner?
A Reckon Affiliate Partner is an Accountant, Bookkeeper or Business Consultant who provides customised support to CashBook Online users. This includes helping you gain access to CashBook Online and setting up your data files. With CashBook Online, Affiliate Partners can access your file remotely, providing support anywhere, anytime.
Reckon will refer CashBook Online users to Affiliate Partners who have successfully completed in-depth training in CashBook Online. Affiliate Partners are required to undergo further training as each version of CashBook Online is released ensuring they are up to date with the latest release.
Have confidence that you are being assisted by someone who has a high level of knowledge and expertise in CashBook Online.
