Minimum Requirements

QuickBooks Hosted is available in two service types. The Standard Service supports only PCs and the Premium Service gives you access to your files from any Mac, PC, Android or iPad device.

QuickBooks hosted for PC only - Standard Service

QuickBooks 2012/13 Hosted is compatible with Windows XP, Vista TM SP2 and 7 SP1.

PC Online System Requirements

•     Windows XP SP2 (requires Microsoft remote desktop 6.1 patch),  SP3,  Vista TM SP2 or  Windows 7 SP1
•     Broadband internet connection (minimum 256k download)
•     Internet Explorer 7, Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox v9 or Safari 5 and above.

QuickBooks Hosted for Mac - Premium Service

All that’s required to run QuickBooks Hosted Premium services is Safari 5 or above, Android 1.5 or above, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or above, Mozilla FireFox v9 or Google Chrome, and a broadband connection.

Mac/Mobile Device Requirements

•     Mac OS X 10.6
•     Broadband Internet Connection (minimum 256k download)
•     Safari 5 and above
•     Mobile devices require Citrix Receiver App which can be downloaded from the respective application marketplaces for each device
