Reckon Infrastructure Compatibility Check V2

Prior to first using the improved Windows Server 2008 R2 platform, you need to run the Reckon Infrastructure Compatibility Check.

This needs to be run once only on each PC which is used to access QuickBooks Hosted. The check, which has been enhanced since its original release, will take only a few minutes to install per PC. You must run this enhanced check even if you ran the original compatibility check which was released with QuickBooks Hosted 2011/12 Release 1.

Reckon Infrastructure Compatibility Check Downloads

Please follow these steps to perform the Reckon Infrastructure Compatibility Check:

  1. Download the relevant Guide:

    1. Reckon Infrastructure Compatibility Check for Windows Vista and 7 

    2. Reckon Infrastructure Compatibility Check for Windows XP 

  2. Download ReckonInfrastructureCompatibilityV2.EXE. When given the choice to Open/Run or Save the file to your computer, select Save and save the file to your hard drive (for example, C:\[temp] or the Desktop).

  3. Open the Guide you downloaded and follow the instructions to perform the Compatibility Check.

For additional PCs, copy the ReckonInfrastructureCompatibilityV2.EXE file to the PC and repeat the steps outlined in the Guide.

File ReckonInfrastructureCompatibilityV2.EXE can be deleted after it has been run on each PC.

Login to QuickBooks Hosted

Once you have successfully completed the Compatibility Check, your PC may take up to 5 minutes to correctly cache the Check’s updates on your system. After 5 minutes, please click here to proceed to the improved Windows Server 2008 R2 platform and login to QuickBooks Hosted.
